Vendor Information and Registration

Sustainable Earth, Inc., a 501(c)3, not-for-profit membership organization committed to the development of sustainable family farming systems and community food systems that support family farms. 


 

Vendor Information

  • Vendor fees have been set at a low rate to reduce financial risk for vendors.

  • All spaces are 8 x 6 feet. Space is available in an air-conditioned exhibition hall with electricity or outdoors (no electricity).

  • Vendors who are associated with a partner organization will be clustered with that organization’s booth, unless a vendor wants to locate inside the exhibition hall.

  • Vendor must provide table skirts and/or covers

  • Vendor fee includes admission fee for one person.  Additional persons must pay the admission fee.

  • Tables can be rented for $10.00 or vendor can provide.

  • Register online or by mail. Fees must be paid at time of registration. No refunds.

Set-up for vendors will be from 2 -5 pm on Friday afternoon (June 25) and 8:00 to 9:00 on Saturday morning.  Vendors must be set-up by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday when the doors open to the general public.

     Fill out the form below and click the 'submit' button.  This will take you to a second page where you will choose your preferred membership, vendor registration level, table requirements, and number of vendor participant registrations.  From this page you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay with either credit card or your PayPal account (PayPal account is optional for credit card payment).
